Nature Play at Yarrangobilly Caves

Give your children the chance to explore the natural world and learn through play and discovery under qualified supervision whilst you go on a cave tour or enjoy the picnic area.

Two Nature Play childrens activites on at Yarrangobilly Centre

Cost $15 per child per activity. 

(Adults not required to attend)

 

Maximum of 16 children fully supervised 

We’re Going on a Bug Hunt (ages 5 – 9)

With a magnifying glass and keen eyes, children will explore the wonderful world of bugs and creepy crawly critters at Yarrangobilly Caves. We will follow their trails and find out what they look like, where they live and how they hide from predators. All tools and equipment are supplied.

DATES Friday 20th & 27th April

TIME 10:30am – 12:00pm

Little Caves for Big Kids (ages 6 – 12)

Let your children test their climbing, crawling and balancing skills as they explore Big Rock and Meat Safe adventure caves and the creek and forest between them. We will use found natural materials to build our own cave shelters and race bark canoes down the creek.

DATES Friday 20th & 27th April

TIME 2.00pm – 3.30pm
