The Tumut Region is here and a great all year holiday destination full of outdoor experiences, natural wonders and nature based activities.

 Fishing in the Tumut Valley

Fishing Season:  The Tumut River is open for fishing until Monday night June long weekend and reopens from Saturday morning October long weekend.  The Dams are open all year.

 
Adelong Falls And Gold Mills Ruins

 The visitors area and platform are open. Disability access is provided from the lower car park to the platform

Access to the creek and ruins is currently closed due the damage caused by the October flood. Sections of the ruins are unsafe and dangerous. Access will be provided as soon as repairs can be undertaken.

Join us and take part in our Discovery Program offering a wide range of fun filled Discovery activities for everyone.  Take the opportunity to join our Discovery Rangers in exploring our spectacular landscape, discovering the secrets of the Australian bush and its history.  Learn about the cultural heritage and traditional lands of Aboriginal communities and watch demonstrations of Aboriginal traditional practices.
